What you will do

• Own daily payment operations and drive continuous improvement of payment processes.
• Monitor platform performance, manage fraud risks, and identify cost optimization opportunities.
• Coordinate annual audits and ensure compliance with local regulations and consumer protection laws.
• Analyze revenue variances and provide raw data for rights holder reporting and budget tracking.
• Lead subscription journey optimization, anti-churn mechanics, and conversion A/B testing.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, and commercial teams to support B2B2C deal design and product releases.

Requirements

• Must be fluent in both French and English (written and verbal).
• Strong proficiency in SQL and Excel.
• Proven experience in a payment processing environment.
• Strong project management and analytical methodology skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with software engineers.
• Must be based in or able to work from Paris, France.
