What you will do

  • Analyze marketing performance data to identify trends, drivers, and optimization opportunities.
  • Evaluate acquisition, engagement, and conversion metrics to support marketing decisions.
  • Design and implement scalable lead ingestion solutions using AI-driven parsing, validation, enrichment, and automation.
  • Write SQL queries and use Python for data preparation, automation, and analysis.
  • Build and maintain curated datasets, data models, and data quality checks; support troubleshooting and validation.
  • Develop dashboards and automate recurring reporting; document data definitions and reporting logic.

Requirements

  • Location: Must be located in Central or Eastern Time Zone
  • Strong working knowledge of SQL (joins, aggregations, and data transformations).
  • Basic to intermediate Python proficiency with experience using data libraries (e.g., pandas, NumPy).
  • Exposure to Databricks, Apache Spark, or cloud-based data environments.
  • Experience working with real-world datasets, including data validation and troubleshooting.
  • Ability to communicate technical findings to non-technical audiences and manage multiple priorities.

Nice to have

  • Experience with Tableau, Power BI, or similar visualization tools.
  • Familiarity with marketing analytics concepts and campaign performance metrics.
  • Exposure to marketing platforms such as Google Analytics or Salesforce.
  • Experience with version control (e.g., Git).
  • Understanding of ETL or data pipeline concepts.
