Location: Must be based in Atlanta, GA

Salary: $70,000 starting annually, plus commissions

What you will do

• Identify and recruit qualified healthcare professionals for short-term assignments.
• Proactively contact prospective candidates to understand their needs and qualify them for opportunities.
• Educate candidates on the benefits of a travel healthcare career.
• Generate leads through strategic planning, referrals, and various recruiting channels.
• Build and maintain unique, long-term relationships with travel healthcare professionals.
• Strive for continuous improvement and career advancement within the organization.

Requirements

• Must be based in Atlanta, GA.
• Minimum of 1+ year of success in a sales, staffing agency, or metrics-driven role.
• Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred; equivalent experience will be considered.
• Strong motivation to achieve results and meet recruiting goals.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a sense of urgency.
• Client-centered mentality and passion for customer service.
