What you will do

• Set and own the multi-year LATAM growth strategy focusing on user acquisition, revenue, and market expansion.
• Manage the regional P&L, including forecasting, budget allocation, and investment trade-offs.
• Lead and develop Country Leads across Brazil, Mexico, Argentina, and frontier markets.
• Act as the primary liaison between LATAM teams and global functions such as Product, Marketing, and Finance.
• Drive localization efforts across product pricing, packaging, partnerships, and messaging.
• Represent the company externally to press, government, and enterprise partners across the region.

Requirements

• Must be based in Mexico City.
• Proven experience driving significant market growth or successfully executing a strategic pivot.
• Experience building and coaching other regional leaders or Country GMs.
• Strong data-driven approach with deep expertise in P&L management and unit economics.
• Fluency in Portuguese and Spanish (PT/ES).
• Deep cultural and customer exposure across Brazil and at least one other major LATAM market.
