GOC | Senior Paid Social Media Specialist

Location: Krakow, Poznan, Warsaw, or Wroclaw, Poland; hybrid work with two days per week in the office

Salary: 6,333–12,500 PLN gross per month

What you will do

• Support campaign launches and setup across Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, and Pinterest.
• Check campaign compliance with hirify.global guidelines and monitor campaign quality across platforms.
• Maintain data accuracy in campaign reporting tools and internal software.
• Prepare daily campaign reports covering pacing, data input, and commentary for regional Media Activation teams.
• Coordinate with regional teams across Europe and the United States in a multicultural environment.
• Organize daily work, review junior colleagues’ output, and provide guidance to less experienced team members.

Requirements

• Fluent English and strong communication skills.
• At least 3 years of experience planning and managing Meta Ads campaigns.
• Strong analytical skills, comfort working with numbers, and the ability to turn raw data into actionable recommendations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
• Adaptability and flexibility when goals and priorities change.
• Readiness to work directly from Poland and attend the office two days per week.
