What you will do

• Coordinate with regional teams (Europe, U.S.) and communicate effectively to support campaign execution.
• Launch and set up paid social campaigns on Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, and Pinterest.
• Ensure campaign compliance with hirify.global guidelines and perform campaign checks across channels.
• Monitor, analyze, and report campaign performance; ensure data accuracy for reporting tools and hirify.global software.
• Produce daily campaign reports (pacing, data inputting, and commentary) for regional Media Activation teams.
• Organize daily tasks and oversee junior team members, including reviewing work and providing guidance.

Requirements

• English: Fluency in English
• 3+ years of experience planning and managing Meta Ads campaigns (other platforms are a plus).
• Strong analytics skills with an affinity for numbers; ability to analyze raw data and produce actionable recommendations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
• Eagerness to work directly from Poland
