TL;DR

Data Science Lead (AI): Building and leading the Predictive Growth Optimisation team to develop ML models for user acquisition and lifetime value prediction with an accent on pLTV systems and Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM). Focus on designing production-grade ML systems that optimize marketing spend and drive growth trajectory through causal inference and real-time UA campaign management.

What you will do

• Lead and mentor a team of 6+ ML and Backend engineers, setting technical direction and managing hiring.
• Own the strategy and architecture of the pLTV (predictive Lifetime Value) system used in UA, AdTech, and financial forecasting.
• Establish Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM) capabilities, including adstock and saturation modeling.
• Develop algorithms to drive and optimize real-time UA campaign management across multiple channels.
• Build and scale production ML systems, handling millions of daily predictions.
• Partner with Growth, Product, and Finance teams to translate business problems into ML solutions.

Requirements

• 7+ years of applied ML experience building and deploying production models.
• 4+ years of experience managing technical teams (ML engineers or data scientists).
• Expert knowledge of supervised/unsupervised learning, time series, and strong grounding in causal inference.
• Proficiency with ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, scikit-learn, or CatBoost.
• Experience with growth analytics, attribution modeling, and user acquisition funnels.
• Knowledge of MLOps practices (versioning, monitoring) and cloud platforms.

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience building Bayesian or regression-based Marketing Mix Models end-to-end.
• Background in consumer tech, mobile apps, or health tech.
• Knowledge of privacy-preserving ML techniques and A/B testing methodology.
