hirify.global is a game development studio specializing in mobile titles across Hyper Casual, Hybrid Casual, and Puzzle genres.

What you will do

  • Develop visual styles for Hyper Casual, Hybrid Casual, and Puzzle projects.
  • Create 2D and 3D assets including environments, objects, characters, and UI elements.
  • Design game interfaces, app icons, and promotional materials (screenshots, ad creatives).
  • Integrate and optimize visual content within Unity for mobile platforms.
  • Participate in game prototyping and rapidly create visual concepts for testing.
  • Utilize AI tools to speed up the creation of graphic content.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Figma, and Unity.
  • Experience in game development with a relevant portfolio.
  • Strong grasp of composition, shape, color, light, and volume.
  • Experience creating game UI and a solid understanding of UX principles.
  • Understanding of mobile platform limitations and graphic optimization techniques.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and handle constructive feedback.

Nice to have

  • Experience creating ad creatives for mobile games.
  • Experience using AI tools for creating and optimizing visual content.
