What you will do

• Design and implement platform integrations across MCP, API gateways, LLM services, and Azure infrastructure.
• Develop control plane capabilities including audit logging, human-in-the-loop approval gates, and kill-switch functionality.
• Create and maintain evaluation harnesses to validate LLM-driven outputs before production promotion.
• Build observability dashboards and monitoring tools to track platform health, usage, and risk signals.
• Provide technical leadership by defining patterns, guardrails, and best practices for AI-enabled platform capabilities.
• Collaborate with DevOps, security, and architecture teams to ensure scalable and secure enterprise standards.

Requirements

• Must be based in Mexico.
• Hands-on experience with AI tools and a willingness to champion AI adoption.
• Proven ability to lead, mentor, and motivate engineering teams.
• Deep understanding of the full software development life cycle (SDLC).
• Strong consultative problem-solving skills to align technical solutions with business goals.
