What you will do

• Collaborate with the Head of Procurement on daily purchasing and supply chain tasks.
• Conduct supplier research and manage direct communication with vendors.
• Assist in developing and maintaining a structured procurement handbook.
• Manage purchasing processes from initial request through order and delivery tracking.
• Maintain procurement-related data within the ERP system.
• Coordinate with production, logistics, and engineering departments to ensure operational efficiency.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled student in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics, Procurement, or a related technical field.
• Fluent in German and English.
• Must be located in or near Munich and available to work on-site daily.
• Strong interest in procurement and operational processes.
• Structured, reliable, and proactive working style.
• Strong communication skills for vendor interaction.

Nice to have

• Previous experience through internships or working student roles in procurement, logistics, or production.
• Technical affinity.
• Experience working with ERP systems.
