Location: Must be based in or near Munich and available to work on-site daily

What you will do
- Collaborate with the Head of Procurement on daily purchasing and supply chain tasks.
- Conduct supplier research and manage direct communication with vendors.
- Assist in developing and maintaining a structured procurement handbook.
- Manage purchasing processes from initial request through order and delivery tracking.
- Maintain procurement-related data within the ERP system.
- Coordinate with production, logistics, and engineering departments to ensure operational efficiency.
Requirements
- Currently enrolled student in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics, Procurement, or a related technical field.
- Fluent in German and English.
- Must be located in or near Munich and available to work on-site daily.
- Strong interest in procurement and operational processes.
- Structured, reliable, and proactive working style.
- Strong communication skills for vendor interaction.
Nice to have
- Previous experience through internships or working student roles in procurement, logistics, or production.
- Technical affinity.
- Experience working with ERP systems.
