Focus on acting as the analytical and governance backbone of the Strategy unit by maintaining documentation, developing dashboards, and delivering actionable recommendations.

Location: Must be based in or able to work from Birkirkara, Malta (Hybrid role)

What you will do

• Produce monthly studio performance reports and present insights to senior operations stakeholders.
• Analyze data across studio performance, incident patterns, and operational efficiency to identify improvement opportunities.
• Develop and maintain user-friendly performance dashboards for key operational KPIs.
• Compile and maintain operational documentation, ensuring alignment with SOPs and certification requirements.
• Translate complex data into clear, actionable recommendations for risk mitigation and optimization.
• Support testing activities for new dealer clients, platform releases, and product updates.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work from Birkirkara, Malta.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience in data, reporting, and dashboards.
• Proven ability to translate data into clear, structured insights.
• Strong organizational and documentation discipline.
• Familiarity with SOP-driven or regulated environments.

Nice to have

• Experience in live operations or similar high-paced environments.
• Proficiency with BI reporting tools.
• Familiarity with AI tools for data analytics.
