What you will do
- Productionize proven work from Process Model Scientists into maintainable ML code.
- Integrate ML and hybrid models into production workflows and improve codebase structure.
- Design reusable abstractions for repeated modeling patterns and implement feature transformations.
- Build internal tools and frameworks for reporting, evaluation, and validation utilities.
- Propose new ML ideas, libraries, and architecture improvements to accelerate research.
- Debug failed Flyte runs and collaborate on orchestration, artifacts, and experiment tracking.
Requirements
- Strong Python and software engineering skills.
- Experience building maintainable production code for ML, AI, or model-driven applications.
- Proficiency with ML frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, Scikit-learn, or JAX.
- Familiarity with ML workflow tools like Flyte, Kubeflow, MLflow, Ray, or Optuna.
- Must be based in Poland and able to provide at least 4 hours of overlap with CET working hours.
- B.S. in Engineering, Computer Science, AI Engineering, Machine Learning, or a related technical field.
