What you will do

• Lead and mentor technical teams in data engineering, analytics, and AI development.
• Design and implement enterprise-scale Power BI reports, data models, and governance standards.
• Define and enforce technical standards and scalable data architecture patterns across multidisciplinary teams.
• Translate complex data and AI concepts for both technical team members and non-technical stakeholders.
• Champion the adoption of emerging AI tools and technologies to increase team productivity.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Power BI and Data Science expert.
• Advanced proficiency in Power BI, including data modeling, DAX, and report architecture.
• Proven track record of technical leadership and mentoring.
• English: B2 level or above.
• Location: Based in Porto, Portugal.
• Legal: Portuguese or EU citizenship, or a valid work permit.
