Senior Manager Energy & Industry (Consulting): Guiding energy and utility companies through the transition to the “New Energy Reality” with an accent on strategic transformation, operational process improvement, and regulatory compliance. Focus on business development, mentoring consultant teams, and leveraging data and AI to drive client outcomes.
Location: Must be based in the Netherlands (Hybrid: Amsterdam office, client sites, or remote).

What you will do
- Guide energy and utility companies through complex transition phases and strategic shifts.
- Lead and deliver diverse projects including market studies, operational improvements, and vendor selection.
- Act as a coach and mentor for junior and senior consultants within the team.
- Drive business growth through active business development and sales support.
- Monitor market trends and evolutions to adapt service offerings.
- Collaborate with international teams on cross-border projects.
Requirements
- Master’s Degree required.
- Minimum 8 years of consulting experience within the utilities industry.
- Fluent in English and Dutch (verbal and written) is mandatory.
- Established business network within relevant energy companies.
- Strong interest in data and AI-related topics.
- Must have existing work authorization for the Netherlands (no work permits provided).
