Senior Manager Energy & Industry (Consulting)

Location: Must be based in the Netherlands (Hybrid: Amsterdam office, client sites, or remote).

What you will do

• Guide energy and utility companies through complex transition phases and strategic shifts.
• Lead and deliver diverse projects including market studies, operational improvements, and vendor selection.
• Act as a coach and mentor for junior and senior consultants within the team.
• Drive business growth through active business development and sales support.
• Monitor market trends and evolutions to adapt service offerings.
• Collaborate with international teams on cross-border projects.

Requirements

• Master’s Degree required.
• Minimum 8 years of consulting experience within the utilities industry.
• Fluent in English and Dutch (verbal and written) is mandatory.
• Established business network within relevant energy companies.
• Strong interest in data and AI-related topics.
• Must have existing work authorization for the Netherlands (no work permits provided).

Nice to have

• Fluency in German.
