Location: Hybrid or Remote (available across regions), focused on the UK market

What you will do
- Manage day-to-day relationships with Boots UK and publishers within the Health and Beauty sector.
- Generate performance reports and provide insightful analysis to improve campaign activity.
- Develop and implement strategies to grow affiliate activities and recruit new upper-funnel partners.
- Conduct competitor benchmarking and advise on industry trends to identify growth opportunities.
- Ensure tracking and technology optimizations are up to date for all campaigns.
- Collaborate with the wider Boots team to align on quarterly and yearly goals.
Requirements
- Up to 1+ years of account management experience in a digital marketing role.
- Experience in retail industry affiliate marketing (Health and Beauty sector is a plus).
- Strong numerical skills and proficiency in MS Office packages.
- Proven track record of successful client and team relationship building.
- Excellent communication skills and keen attention to detail.
- Ability to create forecasts and justify strategic rationales.
