What you will do
- Act as a thought leader for customers, overseeing the quality of CLM deliverables and managing client relationships.
- Drive innovation in solution delivery capabilities, enterprise methodology, and reusable assets.
- Provide executive-level business consulting and pre-sales support in collaboration with the sales team.
- Advise customers on solution tradeoffs, cost-benefit analysis, and IT operating models.
- Maintain CLM certifications and advocate for the brand within the CLM community.
- Travel up to 25% for customer projects and company events.
Requirements
- Must be based in the United States.
- 8+ implementations of Ironclad, Salesforce Contracts, Conga CLM, or DocuSign CLM/IAM.
- 5+ years of experience selling and delivering business solutions on CLM platforms.
- 3+ DocuSign and/or Ironclad certifications.
- Expertise in the full SDLC, including Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
- Proven track record of writing SOWs, reviewing proposals, and negotiating contracts.
Nice to have
- Strong preference for Ironclad and DocuSign CLM/IAM experience.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills for executive-level audiences.
- Experience mentoring and leading cross-functional teams.
