What you will do

• Lead energy transition projects for TSO and DSO clients to address the "New Energy Reality".
• Develop toolkits and capabilities for long-term grid planning and system integration.
• Analyze the impact of grid planning decisions on costs, socio-economic welfare, and CO2 emissions.
• Perform complex business analysis, data reporting, and stakeholder management.
• Contribute to the consulting team's growth through strategy, recruitment, and knowledge sharing.

Requirements

• Educational background in energy systems, sustainable energy technologies, or a similar field.
• At least 4 years of relevant working experience or a PhD.
• Deep understanding of DSO and TSO business and operations.
• Professional proficiency in Dutch and English language skills.
• Valid work permit for the Netherlands (company cannot provide sponsorship).
• Strong analytical and conceptual skills with an interest in AI-related topics.
