What you will do

• Onboard new affiliates, evaluate partner potential, and establish effective communication channels.
• Scale the existing partner portfolio and resolve operational and commercial issues.
• Design and execute strategies to attract new partners and expand the affiliate network.
• Monitor and analyze program metrics to identify growth opportunities and risks.
• Select and optimize advertising tools, landing pages, and creatives to increase revenue.
• Represent the company at industry conferences and affiliate events.

Requirements

• Strong understanding of RevShare, CPA, CPC, and CPM monetization models.
• Experience with affiliate tracking platforms such as Affise or similar solutions.
• Deep knowledge of traffic sources and the affiliate marketing ecosystem.
• Proficiency with analytics and intelligence tools like Amplitude, Grafana, Similarweb, and Semrush.
• English: Upper-Intermediate (B2) or higher required for effective communication with international partners.
• Proven track record of building and maintaining long-term partner relationships.

Nice to have

• Experience working with publishers or media buying teams.
• Understanding of the dating or entertainment verticals.
• Established network of professional contacts within the affiliate industry.
• Experience with web analytics tools like Google Analytics.
