Senior Consultant (Energy & Industry): Leading transformation projects for clients in the energy and industry sectors with an accent on data structuring and AI integration. Focus on executing project assignments, process mapping, and coaching junior consultants to drive operational efficiency.
Location: Must be based in the Netherlands (Hybrid: Home, Office in Amsterdam/Maastricht, or Client site)

What you will do
- Lead and execute transformation projects for clients.
- Perform intelligent data structuring, analysis, and benchmarking.
- Conduct stakeholder interviews and animate workshops.
- Develop process maps and functional specifications.
- Coach and support new hires and junior consultants.
- Contribute to internal knowledge creation through publications and seminars.
Requirements
- Master's degree.
- 3-6 years of relevant professional experience.
- Excellent verbal and written proficiency in Dutch and English.
- Must have valid work authorization for the Netherlands (work permits cannot be provided).
- Strong analytical mindset and entrepreneurial drive.
- Deep interest in AI-related topics and the Energy sector.
