Location: Must be based in the Netherlands (Hybrid: Home, Office in Amsterdam/Maastricht, or Client site)

What you will do
- Lead and execute transformation projects for clients.
- Perform intelligent data structuring, analysis, and benchmarking.
- Conduct stakeholder interviews and animate workshops.
- Develop process maps and functional specifications.
- Coach and support new hires and junior consultants.
- Contribute to internal knowledge creation through publications and seminars.
Requirements
- Master's degree.
- 3-6 years of relevant professional experience.
- Excellent verbal and written proficiency in Dutch and English.
- Must have valid work authorization for the Netherlands (work permits cannot be provided).
- Strong analytical mindset and entrepreneurial drive.
- Deep interest in AI-related topics and the Energy sector.
