Location: Hybrid in Amsterdam, Netherlands. Must be based in the Netherlands; work permit sponsorship is not provided.

What you will do
- Lead and guide energy companies through transition phases toward new energy realities.
- Deliver diverse projects including market entry studies, operational process improvements, and investment decision-making.
- Coach and mentor a team of consultants to ensure project delivery exceeds expectations.
- Support business development and sales efforts to grow the firm's energy practice.
- Monitor market trends and trigger internal adaptations of service offerings.
Requirements
- Master's Degree.
- At least 5 years of experience in consulting or project management within the utilities industry.
- Proven network within relevant energy companies.
- Strong interest and ability to build expertise in data and AI-related topics.
- Excellent English and Dutch verbal and written skills (C1+) are required.
- Experience in team management and an entrepreneurial mindset.
Nice to have
- Fluency in German.
