What you will do

  • Oversee and execute fiat currency deposits and withdrawals on the exchange platform.
  • Perform daily reconciliations of fiat balances between exchange systems and bank accounts.
  • Resolve customer payment processing inquiries and investigate settlement exceptions.
  • Collaborate with banking partners and cross-functional teams to resolve operational issues in a timely manner.
  • Analyze performance metrics and suggest automation improvements for settlement operations.
  • Support the accounting team with payment-related activities and test new product offerings.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • 5-7 years of experience in fiat operations, preferably within crypto, banking, or fintech industries.
  • Proficiency in financial reconciliation and accounting principles.
  • Strong ability to work with large data sets and solve problems under pressure.
  • Must have the current right to work in Singapore (no visa sponsorship available).
  • Proficiency in written and spoken English.

Nice to have

  • Previous experience working at a cryptocurrency exchange.
  • Experience collaborating across different time zones and with cross-cultural teams.
  • Familiarity with MAS regulations and compliance procedures.
