hirify.global is the largest B2B live and on-demand events organiser in Saudi Arabia, operating as a joint venture between Informa PLC, SAFCSP, and EIF.

What you will do

  • Lead and manage a diverse team of senior marketers and specialists based in Riyadh.
  • Develop and execute integrated product marketing campaigns for exhibitions and virtual/hybrid events.
  • Analyze campaign performance and use data insights to optimize ROI and drive ticket revenue.
  • Manage multi-million dollar marketing budgets and oversee external agency relationships.
  • Establish and manage strategic partnerships to maximize event exposure at minimal cost.
  • Oversee the design and production of all marketing collateral ensuring brand alignment.

Requirements

  • Extensive experience in event marketing and people leadership within the exhibitions industry.
  • Strong expertise in digital marketing and marketing technology (martech).
  • Proven track record of managing substantial budgets and meeting KPIs in fast-paced environments.
  • Degree-level education and exceptional analytical and organizational skills.
  • Must be based in or willing to relocate to Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
