What you will do
- Shape and innovate global Formula 1 hospitality and event experiences for major brand clients.
- Advise clients on audience strategy, programme design, and commercial opportunities.
- Oversee the end-to-end creation and execution of guest experience programmes.
- Manage on-the-ground logistics, supplier relationships, and paddock club hosting during international race events.
- Track and manage contractual F1 hospitality assets and ticket allocations.
- Lead senior client liaison, stakeholder management, and strategic reporting.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in premium hospitality and event programmes, specifically within Formula 1 or global sports partnerships.
- Proven strategic expertise in advising senior clients and shaping long-term hospitality strategies.
- Extensive experience leading complex, international hospitality programmes with responsibility for budgets and operational excellence.
- Deep understanding of the Formula 1 ecosystem, including rights holders, promoters, and hospitality products.
- Exceptional leadership skills with experience mentoring high-performing teams.
- Ability to influence C-suite clients and act as a strategic advisor.
