Marketing Science Lead (Analytics)

What you will do

• Own the full efficiency chain, connecting spend levels, marketing mix, and creative performance into a coherent view.
• Develop rigorous test plans, decision frameworks, and recommendations to answer critical efficiency questions.
• Manage the signal layer, including pixels, events, and custom conversions to optimize algorithm performance.
• Analyze the mechanics of paid platforms including Meta, Google, and TikTok.
• Design and execute lift tests, geo-lifts, and ablation tests to prove incremental results.
• Establish standards, playbooks, and QA to ensure experiments are rigorous and repeatable.

Requirements

• Degree in engineering, mathematics, physics, statistics, computer science, or equivalent quantitative experience.
• 4+ years of experience in analytics, experimentation, or measurement.
• Strong foundations in A/B testing, geo experiments, incrementality testing, and statistical power.
• Proficiency in SQL and experience with BI tools.
• Fluent English is required.
• Must be based in Madrid, Spain.

Nice to have

• Experience with paid media or growth analytics.
• Habit of using AI tools like Claude or Cursor to structure work.
• Spanish language proficiency.
