What you will do

  • Partner with stakeholders to design and implement effective HR system solutions.
  • Lead the optimization of Workday functionality and drive continuous process improvements.
  • Design and oversee integrations between Workday and other business applications.
  • Act as a subject matter expert for system configuration, security, and reporting.
  • Lead testing activities for new releases and system enhancements.
  • Ensure system integrity, data quality, and compliance with internal standards.

Requirements

  • Minimum 7 years of experience in HR information systems.
  • Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience with Workday configuration.
  • Strong understanding of HR processes and employee lifecycle management.
  • Proven experience in translating business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Fluent English (minimum B2 level).
  • Experience working in an agile environment.

Nice to have

  • Experience with Workday integrations and reporting.
  • Background in HRIS implementation or transformation projects.
  • Knowledge of HR data governance and security principles.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
