What you will do
- Plan and execute CRM campaigns across Email, SMS, and Push channels for Casino and Sportsbook products.
- Manage the promotional calendar, including bonuses, free bets, tournaments, and gamification.
- Develop customer segments based on behavioral and transactional data to drive activation and retention.
- Conduct A/B testing to optimize engagement, conversion, and retention rates.
- Track and analyze CRM performance using key metrics such as GGR, retention, and ARPU.
- Collaborate with Product teams on new GEO launches and suggest system improvements.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience as a CRM Manager specifically within the iGaming industry.
- Proven track record in launching onboarding, retention, and reactivation campaigns.
- Deep understanding of business metrics including NGR, Active Days, Churn Rate, and ARPU.
- Experience with CRM platforms (e.g., Optimove, Smartico, Customer.io) and analytics tools like Tableau.
- Knowledge of behavioral, value-based, and lifecycle segmentation.
- English: Upper-Intermediate (B2) required for communication within an English-speaking team.
