What you will do

• Build and execute tactical brand plans and national promotional campaigns in the Hematology therapeutic area.
• Analyze market trends, consumer behaviors, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
• Provide clear market direction and guidelines to the sales team to ensure implementation of brand strategies.
• Establish and maintain critical relationships with KOLs and allied healthcare professionals.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate and implement operational plans.
• Develop and monitor budgets and financial forecasts for the product line.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in medical or related majors.
• Over 6 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry across sales and marketing.
• At least 2 years of direct marketing experience.
• Strong analytical capabilities and proficiency in strategic thinking and planning.
• Ability to influence internal and external stakeholders to obtain commitment.
• Must be based in Japan.
