What you will do

• Provide technical applications support to customers, sales teams, and partners throughout the sales process.
• Deliver on-site and multi-site technical support, including applications testing and troubleshooting.
• Support the development, validation, and commercialization of new and existing technical solutions.
• Prepare customer technical reports, trial proposals, and support commercial proposals.
• Apply expertise in solid-liquid separation, process water treatment, scale inhibition, and filter aids.

Requirements

• Tertiary qualification in a technical or scientific discipline.
• 10+ years of experience in mining processes, with strong expertise in solid-liquid separation and process water conditioning.
• Experience with chemical treatment applications in mining and heavy industry.
• Familiarity with utilities water treatment.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time.
• Location: Must be based in Zambia, South Africa, or any country within the Copperbelt.
