Application Specialist (Mineral Processing)

Location: Casablanca, Morocco. Field-based role with up to 50% travel across customer sites in Morocco and the wider region.

What you will do

• Provide technical application support to customers, sales teams, and partners throughout the sales process.
• Conduct on-site technical evaluations, product trials, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.
• Support the development, validation, and commercialization of mining solutions.
• Prepare technical reports, trial proposals, and customer recommendations.
• Collaborate with Sales, Business Development, R&D, and Equipment teams on customer-focused solutions.

Requirements

• Degree in Engineering, Chemistry, Metallurgy, Mineral Processing, or a related technical discipline.
• 10+ years of experience in mining, mineral processing, or related industries.
• Strong expertise in solid-liquid separation and process water treatment.
• Experience with mining and heavy-industry chemical treatment applications, including utilities water treatment systems.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work independently in a field-based role and willingness to travel extensively across customer sites.

Nice to have

• Experience across gold, silver, copper, nickel, or phosphate rock processing.
• Knowledge of scale inhibitors, defoamers, grinding aids, or filter aids.
