Mobile Team Lead (iOS/Android)

What you will do

• Lead mobile initiatives to improve rider and driver app performance and reliability across iOS and Android.
• Execute a roadmap focused on scalability, peak demand handling, and latency reduction in core user flows.
• Drive cross-functional projects with Product, Design, and Backend teams from concept through production.
• Improve engineering quality by evolving mobile architecture and strengthening code review standards.
• Hire, mentor, and support engineers across different levels to build a high-performing team.
• Optimize team processes, including release cycles, CI/CD, and testing frameworks.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience building production-scale mobile applications (iOS or Android).
• Proven experience leading engineering teams and delivering complex projects end-to-end.
• Strong understanding of mobile architecture, MVVM, and performance optimization.
• Proficiency with modern development practices, including CI/CD and testing frameworks.
• Ability to collaborate effectively across mobile, backend, and product domains.
