Clinical Research Associate (Cardiology)

What you will do

• Perform all types of monitoring visits (qualification, initiation, interim, close-out) both on-site and remotely.
• Prepare and submit monitoring reports in accordance with SOP timelines and regulatory requirements.
• Support study start-up activities, including feasibility assessments and Ethics Committee submissions.
• Train investigators and site staff on protocol requirements and documentation standards.
• Review source documentation and case report forms to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
• Manage investigational product accountability and monitor site enrollment and safety events.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum 2 years of on-site monitoring experience as a Clinical Research Associate.
• Essential experience in the Cardiology therapeutic area.
• Ability to commit to 6–9 on-site monitoring days per month.
• Knowledge of ICH-GCP guidelines and local Serbian regulations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Serbian.

Nice to have

• Experience using EDC systems, CTMS, IVRS, and eTMF platforms.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
