What you will do

  • Handle and prioritize internal IT support requests via Jira, email, and Teams.
  • Provide technical support for local and remote employees across Windows and macOS platforms.
  • Administer user accounts, groups, and access management using Active Directory.
  • Support Microsoft 365, Atlassian tools, and other internal systems.
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, connectivity, VPN, and Wi-Fi issues.
  • Coordinate the onboarding and offboarding process, including equipment issuance and tracking.

Requirements

  • Experience in Helpdesk, Service Desk, or Internal User Support.
  • Proficiency in Windows and macOS user support.
  • Experience with Active Directory and Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence).
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft 365, hardware peripherals, and VPN/Wi-Fi troubleshooting.
  • English and Russian language skills.

Nice to have

  • Knowledge of Entra ID / Azure AD or Google Workspace administration.
  • Experience with MDM or endpoint management tools.
  • Familiarity with remote support tools (TeamViewer, AnyDesk) and IT asset management.
  • Knowledge of basic IT security practices, such as MFA and password policies.
  • Estonian language skills.
