What you will do
- Handle and prioritize internal IT support requests via Jira, email, and Teams.
- Provide technical support for local and remote employees across Windows and macOS platforms.
- Administer user accounts, groups, and access management using Active Directory.
- Support Microsoft 365, Atlassian tools, and other internal systems.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, connectivity, VPN, and Wi-Fi issues.
- Coordinate the onboarding and offboarding process, including equipment issuance and tracking.
Requirements
- Experience in Helpdesk, Service Desk, or Internal User Support.
- Proficiency in Windows and macOS user support.
- Experience with Active Directory and Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence).
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft 365, hardware peripherals, and VPN/Wi-Fi troubleshooting.
- English and Russian language skills.
Nice to have
- Knowledge of Entra ID / Azure AD or Google Workspace administration.
- Experience with MDM or endpoint management tools.
- Familiarity with remote support tools (TeamViewer, AnyDesk) and IT asset management.
- Knowledge of basic IT security practices, such as MFA and password policies.
- Estonian language skills.
