DKeX Market Ops Specialist (iGaming): Scaling and managing operations for prediction markets with an accent on market creation, monitoring, and settlement. Focus on identifying market anomalies, optimizing operational workflows, and collaborating with engineering and regulatory teams.
Location: Hybrid in Sofia, Bulgaria (Must work Bulgarian business hours)

What you will do
- Execute end-to-end exchange market operations, including creation, configuration, launch, monitoring, and settlement.
- Lead operational investigations by monitoring trading activity and identifying market anomalies.
- Analyze market and operational performance to deliver actionable insights and improve efficiency.
- Partner with Engineering, Product, and external partners to support new market launches and improve tooling.
- Strengthen operational documentation and refine workflows to support regulatory inquiries and audits.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in market/exchange operations, trading operations, financial markets, or sportsbook trading.
- Strong understanding of exchange concepts: order books, matching engines, liquidity, and risk management.
- Proven ability to analyze complex operational issues and drive scalable solutions in regulated environments.
- Strong analytical and stakeholder management skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Ability to work shifts based on Bulgarian business hours.
