Performance Executive

Location: Beirut, Lebanon. Hybrid work with teams in the office around four days a week.

What you will do

• Execute and optimize performance media campaigns across search, social, and display channels.
• Analyze Search Query Reports, identify irrelevant or underperforming keywords, add negative keywords, and optimize bids.
• Prepare weekly performance reports and translate campaign metrics into actionable recommendations.
• Analyze campaign results, audience behavior, click-through rates, conversion rates, bounce rates, and other engagement metrics.
• Identify opportunities to improve ad creative, landing pages, targeting, messaging, and budget allocation.
• Reconcile campaign finances, verify media spend, investigate discrepancies, and support accurate budget reporting.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree preferred, ideally in a STEM field.
• Experience in digital media, paid advertising, or media buying.
• Experience managing successful paid search and social campaigns.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into actionable insights.
• Creative, solutions-oriented, meticulous, and organized approach to work.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
