Software Engineering I (QA Testing): Performing manual software testing and quality assurance with an accent on defect tracking and testing methodologies. Focus on executing test cases, identifying software bugs, and ensuring high-performance technical standards.
Location: Onsite in Vilnius, Lithuania
Salary: €1,500–€2,000 (before taxes)

What you will do
- Conduct manual software testing to ensure product quality and reliability.
- Utilize various testing tools and techniques to identify system defects.
- Manage and track software bugs using defect tracking tools like Jira.
- Apply standardized testing methodologies to the development lifecycle.
- Collaborate with the Team Lead to improve software performance and stability.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- At least 6 months of hands-on experience in manual software testing.
- Proficiency in English and Lithuanian (written and spoken).
- Strong attention to detail and an analytical mindset.
- Must be able to work onsite in Vilnius, LT.
Nice to have
- Experience with Jira or similar defect tracking tools.
- ISTQB certification or equivalent knowledge of testing methodologies.
