What you will do

• Optimize and configure logistics processes across receiving, warehousing, kitting, line-feeding, and shipping.
• Coordinate and manage a multidisciplinary logistics team, including warehouse operators and shipping specialists.
• Plan departmental resources and timelines to align material availability with production schedules.
• Maintain logistics data and KPIs, focusing on inventory accuracy, OTIF, and shipping lead times.
• Prepare SOPs and manage export/customs compliance and dangerous goods handling (e.g., batteries).
• Collaborate with Production Planning, Flight Test, Supply Chain, and Quality Control teams.

Requirements

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in a logistics leadership role, preferably in robotics, aerospace, or UAV manufacturing.
• Hands-on experience with ERP and WMS systems (Inventory, Warehouse, Shipping modules).
• Professional communication skills in English or German.
• Proven ability to structure workflows and motivate teams toward high performance and safety standards.
• Strong decision-making skills and the ability to manage conflict under time pressure.

Nice to have

• Proficiency in the Ukrainian language.
