Senior Customer Engineer (Edge AI)

Location: Remote in Brazil or Chile; international travel may be required.

What you will do

• Provide technical guidance to customers and sales teams on hirify.global’s products and services.
• Lead technical demonstrations, proof-of-concepts, and workshops tailored to customer challenges.
• Collaborate on customer engagements, technical scoping, proposal development, and solution strategy.
• Build trusted relationships with technical decision-makers and provide tailored infrastructure solutions.
• Monitor industry trends and emerging technologies to identify opportunities for product differentiation.
• Enable field teams with technical knowledge, product expertise, and selling strategies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in pre-sales, sales engineering, customer engineering, or solution architecture for technical products.
• Knowledge of networking and connectivity fundamentals, including IP addressing, firewalls, SD-WAN, satellite, and cellular communication systems.
• Experience with cloud platforms, modern enterprise infrastructure, virtualization, and containerization technologies.
• Expertise in modular or micro data center architectures, systems integration, and scalable compute, storage, and networking solutions.
• Excellent communication, presentation, problem-solving, and prioritization skills, with willingness to travel internationally.

Nice to have

• Experience with AI or edge AI solution architecture and frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or ONNX.
• Familiarity with connected devices, IoT sensors, camera systems, telemetry integrations, REST APIs, WebSockets, or SNMP.
• Experience with MEDDPICC, Challenger Sale, or Command of the Message.
• Background with MSPs, telecommunications, oil and gas, utilities, physical products, logistics, or import/export processes.
