What you will do
- Provide technical guidance and propose tailored solutions to meet client challenges.
- Lead technical demonstrations, proof-of-concepts, and workshops to showcase product benefits.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to support sales scoping, technical alignment, and proposal development.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with technical decision-makers as a trusted advisor.
- Analyze industry trends and competitive developments to identify product innovation opportunities.
- Enable sales representatives by enhancing their understanding of technical concepts and selling strategies.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in pre-sales, customer engineering, or solution architecture.
- Knowledge of networking fundamentals including IP addressing, firewalls, SD-WAN, and satellite/cellular systems (e.g., Starlink, 5G).
- Proficiency in cloud platforms, virtualization, and containerization technologies.
- Demonstrable expertise in modular data center systems and rack solutions architecture.
- Must be based in Brazil or Chile.
Nice to have
- Understanding of AI/Edge AI solution design and frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, ONNX).
- Experience with asset management systems, IoT sensors, and telemetry integration.
- Familiarity with sales methodologies such as MEDDPICC or Challenger Sale.
- Prior experience working with MSPs, Telcos, Oil & Gas, or Utilities.
- Experience with physical product logistics, supply chain, and customs requirements.
