PLM Program Director (Aerospace & Defense)

Location: Hybrid role based in Seattle, Washington, United States

Salary: $103,879–$242,400 per year, plus potential variable incentives, bonuses, or commissions.

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end delivery of a complex, multi-workstream PLM modernization program covering scope, schedule, budget, quality, and risk.
• Direct the phased, site-by-site deployment of Siemens Teamcenter while maintaining continuity for active production and engineering programs.
• Run program governance and PMO processes, including decision cadence, RACI, dependencies, milestones, change control, and risk mitigation.
• Manage the blended onshore–offshore delivery organization and coordinate responsibilities across the client, hirify.global, and the PLM technology partner.
• Serve as the accountable interface for executive sponsors and lead leadership-level reporting on progress, assumptions, spend, and risks.
• Lead advisory and pre-sales activities while delivering the program, including solutioning, proposals, account growth, and an AI productivity and savings case.

Requirements

• 15+ years of experience leading large engineering or IT transformation programs, including direct ownership of enterprise PLM delivery.
• Proven experience delivering complex, multi-site PLM programs with budget, schedule, and migration accountability.
• Demonstrated leadership of large onshore–offshore delivery models with distributed teams, governance, hand-offs, and quality gates.
• Mandatory experience running advisory and pre-sales activities in parallel with delivery, including opportunity shaping, solutioning, proposals, and account growth.
• Experience embedding AI or automation into delivery and developing an AI productivity or savings case.
• Experience in Aerospace & Defense or another regulated, safety-critical industry, with excellent executive communication skills.
