Focus on building culturally relevant go-to-market event programming across the UK, Central Europe, and the Middle East while driving measurable ROI through CRM/event tech platforms and AI-enabled workflows.

What you will do
- Own the strategy, planning, and end-to-end execution of the annual EMEA event portfolio across the UK, Europe, and the Middle East.
- Lead vendor negotiation and contract management, manage budgets, and run project management across events.
- Create creative briefs and concepts, and brief/manage marketing agencies for retainer and project-based engagements.
- Partner cross-functionally (Sales, Customer Success, Integrated Marketing, Legal, Content Marketing, Strategy & Ops) and externally with agencies, customers, and hospitality organizations.
- Use CRM and event tech platforms (Splash, Bizzabo, Eventbrite) to manage logistics and deliver post-event reporting and ROI analysis.
- Leverage AI across the event lifecycle (ideation, content creation, localization, reporting, performance analysis, targeting, and partnership research) to improve efficiency and outcomes.
Requirements
- Strong written communication skills to produce clear, structured, culturally aligned documentation and briefs.
- Comfort operating with senior stakeholders and delivering executive-level clarity and polish.
- Hands-on experience with vendor negotiation and contract management, budget tracking/reconciliation, and project management.
- Experience using CRM and event tech platforms (Splash, Bizzabo, Eventbrite) plus data analysis and post-event reporting.
- Ability to develop creative briefs and manage agency briefing and execution.
- Comfort leveraging AI and raising the bar on how it is used in event planning and reporting.
