What you will do

• Drive end-to-end design processes including wireframing, high-fidelity design, and interactive prototyping.
• Conduct user research and competitor analysis to validate design decisions.
• Create and maintain comprehensive design systems for cohesive visual language.
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to define product requirements.
• Present design strategies and concepts to align teams on business and user goals.
• Oversee design quality and conduct user testing to ensure accessibility and usability.

Requirements

• Education in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or a related field.
• 2-3 years of professional experience in UI/UX design.
• Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating design thinking and user-centered work across platforms.
• Excellent understanding of UX principles, user psychology, and design systems.
• Strong communication skills to articulate design decisions to non-design stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with agile methodologies.
• Experience in data analysis to inform design decisions.
• Knowledge of accessibility standards.
• Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
