What you will do
- Lead structured discovery engagements using design thinking, lean/value stream mapping, and customer experience methodologies to identify and size efficiency opportunities.
- Develop governance-ready value theses and proposals using structured frameworks (problem framing, options, tradeoffs, risks, and expected outcomes).
- Influence senior leaders without formal authority and partner with program/project managers on rollout, change management, and stakeholder engagement.
- Define measurement approaches to track realized benefits against baselines and KPIs, staying engaged post-launch to ensure sustained impact.
- Deliver executive communications and manage stakeholders across large audiences and C-suite forums.
- Leverage AI tools (GenAI, Agentic AI) and enabling software (Excel, PowerPoint, Figma/Visio, Jira) to accelerate discovery, analysis, and recommendations.
Requirements
- English: Fluent written and oral communication in English
- Work authorization: Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S.; unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment Visa
- Minimum 15 years of relevant experience in management consulting or transformation/strategy/business operations roles.
- Proven experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives from problem framing through execution in ambiguous environments.
- Strong capability in structured discovery (design thinking, lean/Six Sigma, customer experience, or product design methodologies) and benefits-realization frameworks.
- Exceptional executive communication and stakeholder influence skills without formal authority.
