💥 We're hiring a Head of Content Moderation

💡 What you'll do:
• Design and improve content moderation policies for user safety.
• Champion compliance across moderation domains with Legal, Product, and external stakeholders.
• Lead and mentor a team of moderators and managers.
• Investigate escalations and respond to user complaints.
• Build a strategic roadmap for best-in-class moderation capabilities.
• Manage relationships with 3rd-party vendors and moderation tech providers.
• Drive improvements in moderation workflows and technologies.

🎯 What we expect:
• 4+ years in a leadership role in Content Moderation or Trust & Safety.
• Experience in fast-paced B2C tech companies or startups.
• Strong understanding of UGC platforms and content safety challenges.
• Proven track record in cross-functional project leadership.
• Excellent analytical, decision-making, and communication skills in English (Russian is a plus).
