What you will do
- Evaluate and treat cardiac rehab patients following established clinical protocols.
- Deliver high-quality care and education during virtual lifestyle classes.
- Provide technical support to patients using wearables, tablets, and digital health platforms.
- Collaborate with founders and the technology team to refine the digital care delivery model.
- Facilitate group support sessions using motivational communication and active listening.
- Empower patients to take ownership of their rehabilitation journey.
Requirements
- Must be based in the United States
- Minimum 2+ years of clinical experience in an in-person Cardiopulmonary Rehab Facility.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Exercise Physiology.
- Strong proficiency with mobile technology and troubleshooting digital health tools.
- Excellent interpersonal skills for fostering a caring virtual environment.
- Ability to work independently in a high-growth, early-stage startup environment.
Nice to have
- ACSM-CEP certification.
- Prior experience delivering the Ornish ICR program.
- Registered Dietitian or Master’s in Nutrition Science.
- Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) or mental health professional credentials.
- Spanish language proficiency.
- Experience with clinical trials or healthcare research.
