What you will do

• Evaluate and treat cardiac rehab patients following established clinical protocols.
• Deliver high-quality care and education during virtual lifestyle classes.
• Provide technical support to patients using wearables, tablets, and digital health platforms.
• Collaborate with founders and the technology team to refine the digital care delivery model.
• Facilitate group support sessions using motivational communication and active listening.
• Empower patients to take ownership of their rehabilitation journey.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States
• Minimum 2+ years of clinical experience in an in-person Cardiopulmonary Rehab Facility.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Exercise Physiology.
• Strong proficiency with mobile technology and troubleshooting digital health tools.
• Excellent interpersonal skills for fostering a caring virtual environment.
• Ability to work independently in a high-growth, early-stage startup environment.

Nice to have

• ACSM-CEP certification.
• Prior experience delivering the Ornish ICR program.
• Registered Dietitian or Master’s in Nutrition Science.
• Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) or mental health professional credentials.
• Spanish language proficiency.
• Experience with clinical trials or healthcare research.
