What you will do

• Conduct outbound and inbound calls with delinquent borrowers to resolve payment issues.
• Develop and implement solutions to bring loans to a current status.
• Process payments for accounts with past due balances.
• Maintain accurate records of all customer contacts and payment activities.
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly collection and performance metrics.
• Ensure all activities remain in compliance with company collections policies.

Requirements

• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is required.
• 1-2 years of direct experience in credit and collections.
• Strong skills in sales, negotiation, and persuasion.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Professional demeanor and goal-oriented mindset.
• Must be able to work on-site in Mexico City.
