What you will do

• Deliver major features and architectural improvements for the Add-ons stack, including moderation pipelines and developer tools.
• Create robust observability systems and provide data-backed insights to improve platform performance.
• Improve platform reliability through proactive monitoring, incident response, and deployment management.
• Ensure platform safety and trustworthiness by implementing security best practices and trust signals.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including designers, product managers, and community contributors.
• Contribute to open-source projects through code reviews, pull requests, and public discussions.

Requirements

• Must be based in Spain
• Strong experience with Python and Django or similar backend frameworks.
• Solid understanding of web security principles and practices.
• Experience building and maintaining modern web applications.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills within a distributed team.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and shape direction in new problem spaces.
