What you will do
- Design, code, test, and maintain distributed trading systems and large-scale supercomputing infrastructure.
- Collaborate with experienced engineers to develop high-performance software solutions.
- Contribute to technology groups focused on market data, order entry, risk management, simulation, or UI development.
- Learn and apply advanced skills in C++, Python, SDLC, and test automation.
- Solve complex technical problems by building optimal solutions from scratch.
Requirements
- Must be based in Chicago or willing to work onsite.
- Proficiency in C++ or Python development on Linux.
- Strong understanding of data structures and threading models.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with daily software deployments.
- International students eligible for CPT/OPT are encouraged to apply; visa sponsorship is available.
