What you will do
- Lead the people strategy for an 8,400-strong operations workforce across manufacturing, supply chain, and engineering.
- Partner with the Chief Operating Officer and Group People & Culture leadership to shape the co-op's evolution.
- Drive technical capability uplift, global succession planning, and performance initiatives.
- Manage complex stakeholder relationships and develop bargaining strategies in a multi-union environment.
- Lead and coach senior HR practitioners across Aotearoa.
- Ensure cultural alignment and diversity across diverse, distributed teams.
Requirements
- Must be based in or able to work on-site in Auckland, New Zealand.
- Strategic leadership experience within complex, global manufacturing environments.
- Proven track record in HR transformation, executive partnering, and delivering measurable outcomes.
- Expertise in union engagement and complex stakeholder management.
