What you will do

• Optimize the acquisition funnel to reduce friction and increase conversion rates.
• Build and refine full-stack features for in-product onboarding and dashboard workflows.
• Develop and maintain entry points for third-party platform integrations.
• Scale the internal A/B testing framework to run rapid experiments.
• Collaborate with Product, Design, and Data teams to turn insights into production-ready features.
• Maintain system reliability through participation in the team's on-call rotation.

Requirements

• Must be based in Toronto, Ontario, Canada.
• Seasoned full-stack engineering experience with JavaScript, Node.js, and React.
• Strong preference for data-driven development with prior experience in A/B testing or data analysis.
• Deep understanding of developer experience and application performance.
