Senior Full Stack Software Engineer – Acquisitions and Activation (Auth0)

Location: Toronto, Ontario, Canada; hybrid work

Annual salary: CAD 136,000–187,000, plus potential equity, bonus, and benefits.

What you will do

• Own and scale the signup experience to reduce friction, improve conversion, and communicate product value.
• Build full-stack onboarding guides and dashboard workflows with React and Node.js.
• Develop and maintain portals and entry points for third-party platform integrations.
• Use the internal A/B testing framework to run reliable experiments across early customer touchpoints.
• Collaborate with Product, Design, and Data Analytics to turn behavioral insights into production-ready features.
• Architect, maintain, and debug full-stack features while participating in the on-call rotation.

Requirements

• Senior-level production experience as a full-stack engineer.
• Strong experience with JavaScript, Node.js, and React.
• Ability to build frontend interfaces and robust backend services.
• Focus on developer experience, application performance, and frictionless onboarding.
• Experience with data-driven development, A/B testing, or data analysis.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced cycle of shipping, measuring, learning, and iteration.
