What you will do

• Manage accounts payable ledgers and conduct detailed vendor statement audits.
• Process manual journal entries and resolve data discrepancies in the general ledger.
• Maintain and update cloud financial records within QuickBooks Online.
• Handle sensitive financial and payroll information with strict confidentiality.
• Communicate proactively regarding bookkeeping anomalies or missing documentation.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of professional bookkeeping or accounting experience.
• Advanced proficiency with QuickBooks Online is strictly required.
• Ability to work independently and manage recurring weekly deliverables.
