What you will do
- Lead the solicitation, bid evaluation, and negotiation process for complex subcontracts.
- Manage subcontract administration, including kick-off meetings, change management, and invoice processing.
- Ensure subcontractor compliance with safety, financial, and quality prequalification requirements.
- Collaborate with technical teams to evaluate proposals and make award recommendations.
- Resolve complex commercial terms, backcharges, claims, and liquidated damages.
- Train team members on subcontracting processes and contribute to procedure revisions.
Requirements
- Must be authorized to work in the US (Visa sponsorship not available).
- Four years of relevant industry experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Strong understanding of construction disciplines, means, methods, and equipment.
- Advanced knowledge of commercial terms, conditions, and project process management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and general computer skills.
- Ability to travel and work in office or field environments as required.
