What you will do

• Design and execute scalable performance test strategies for enterprise and distributed systems.
• Develop automated performance test scripts using k6 to simulate real-world user workloads.
• Analyze application, database, and infrastructure metrics to identify and resolve performance bottlenecks.
• Build and maintain performance dashboards and automated reporting solutions using InfluxDB and Grafana.
• Integrate performance testing into Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines for continuous validation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define performance requirements and drive operational excellence.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
• 5+ years of experience in Software Development, SDET, or Performance Engineering.
• Strong hands-on experience with k6, SQL, InfluxDB, and Grafana.
• Experience integrating performance testing into CI/CD pipelines.
• Proficiency in testing REST APIs and cloud-native applications.

Nice to have

• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP).
• Knowledge of healthcare systems and HIPAA compliance.
• Experience with APM tools like Datadog, Dynatrace, or New Relic.
