TL;DR
VP of Business Systems (SaaS): Leading the end-to-end technology landscape and enterprise systems strategy for a high-growth vertical SaaS platform with an accent on streamlining, consolidating, and integrating core business tools. Focus on building a scalable architecture, embedding AI into workflows, and partnering with the CFO to drive technology investment decisions.
Location: Must be based in the US (Houston, Texas or Remote).

What you will do
- Set and drive the multi-year enterprise systems roadmap across GTM, Finance, People, and Operations.
- Audit the current technology landscape to identify redundancies and lead consolidation efforts.
- Own the architecture and integration of core business systems to ensure clean data flow.
- Identify and prioritize opportunities to embed AI into business workflows while managing security and governance risks.
- Partner with the CFO on technology investment, vendor strategy, and contract negotiations.
- Build and lead a high-performing team of admins, analysts, and engineers.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in business systems, IT, or enterprise applications.
- Proven track record of leading the function at a high-growth company.
- Deep hands-on knowledge of core SaaS business systems including CRM, ERP, and HRIS.
- Strong financial and commercial instincts with experience managing TCO and vendor negotiations.
- Must be based in the US and willing to travel for team offsites.
- Excellent cross-functional communication skills with the ability to bridge technical and executive stakeholders.
